A Dhoom 3 item song featuring Bollywood superstars Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif cost over Rs50m, a report said.
That particular item song of the third Dhoom sequel will feature 200 professional gymnasts flown in from the US, the Hindustan Times reported.
The daily newspaper cited an anonymous source that stated the cost included fees for the gymnasts, their costumes and the elaborate sets.
“The 200 artists stayed in the city for 20 days while training,” the source said.
The report added that the item song set took nearly two months to create.
This item song is set to break the previous Rs30m record of an item song of Welcome Back featuring John Abraham.
Directed by Aditya Chopra, Dhoom 3 is expected to hit the big screen this December.
