At least two cattle traders were killed and 15 people injured in a head-on-collision between two trucks on Banpara-Hatikumrul highway at Lathuria under Boraigram upazila in Natore on Monday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Momin and Mukul, hailed from Puthia in Rajshahi, reports UNB.
Sources said a Dhaka bound cattle-laden truck collided head on with another truck coming from the opposite direction around 3pm, leaving two dead on the spot and injuring the others.
Highway police sources said the injured were rushed to sadar hospital.
