Bangladesh has placed 85th in Visa Restriction Index 2013, the global ranking of countries based on freedom of travels for their citizens.
Although Bangladesh is lagging behind of many countries, still with a score of 41 Bangladesh is ahead of countries, including Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal, according to a press release.
Scoring 52, India has ranked 74th. Finland, Sweden and the UK top the list scoring 174 each. Afghanistan went down the list having a score of 28.
Scoring 172, the USA, Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg placed second.
