Three people died and at least four others were injured when a bus collided head-on with a truck in Bogra's Sherpur upazila on Monday morning.
Among the deceased, two were identified as Rubel, helper of the bus, and Faridur.
Police said the incident took place in the Dhankandi area of the Dhaka-Bogra Highway.
Sherpur Police Station Officer-in-charge Aminul Islam said the two had died on the spot. However, he could not provide identities in the initial reports.
The injured were taken to Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
