A nine member Bangladesh team will participate in the 3rd Islamic Solidarity Games at Palembang, Indonesia from September 22 to October 1.
The Bangladesh contingent, who fly to Indonesia today, will participate in the disciplines of archery, taekwondo and weightlifting. The archers are Ram Krisha Saha, Sadekul Islam and Emdadul Haque Milon.
Sraboni Biswas, and Shahnaz Kahtun will compete in taekwondo and Shahria Sultana, Molla Sabira and Mostain Billah will be competing in the weightlifting. Wing commander Rafikul Islam is the chef de mission.
