“Pond’s Presents The Lustrous Runway,” one of the most anticipated fashion show of the year finally had the audience enchanted at Radisson Water Garden Hotel, on Friday, September 13.
The show was presented by title sponsor Pond’s and organised by event partners Karishma Khan and Ali Faiyaz Shoumo from Infinity Management.
Bedazzling the crowd, the show opened at 8pm with Reela’s Boutique that displayed its crafted collection and ended spectacularly at 10pm with the exhibit of renowned fashion house Anokhi.
A number of glamourous ramp models with exotic make-up and vibrant attire made the event a treat for the eyes.
The event brought together a creative collection of ideas that blended the richness and softness of colours and intricate motifs and design, giving them a classic yet contemporary twist that demanded attention.
The fashion line-up showcased at the event also included Andeem, Creole, Kimaya Design Studio, and collections by Ambreen Miraly and Ariz Fatema. Gitanjali Lifestlye too unveiled its gorgeous jewellery.
“Pond’s Presents The Lustrous Runway” immersed together Dhaka’s established and upcoming fashion houses and presented them on an amazing platform to broadcast their exquisite line-up.
The cherry on top, Bollywood diva and Miss India Neha Dhupia walked the ramp and she was breathtaking. The show couldn’t have ended on a better note.
