"Twilight" star Kristen Stewart was reportedly persuaded by Hollywood producer Harvey Weinste to have a chat with an unnamed prince in exchange for a sizable donation.
Confirming the matter, Weinstein said on Monday Stewart obtained the donation to charity of $500,000 by chatting with a prince for 15 minutes, reported Ace Showbiz.
The unnamed prince had approached the organiser Hurricane Sandy relief , saying he would make donation if he could talk to the "Twilight" actress.
Weinstein negotiated the amount with the prince, which was raised to $500,000. The money was paid in advance and in cash.
In addition to the Sandy storm relief fund, in 2010 the actress made a donation to benefit people who were affected by a devastating earthquake in Haiti.
The 23-year-old auctioned herself off by offering a chance to hang out with her at the Sundance Film Festival.
Stewart had also auctioned several items and donated the money to fight child prostitution, following research about teenage prostitute for her movie "Welcome to the Rileys."
Weinstein was at the Toronto International Film Festival to screen the Hurricane Sandy benefit concert film "12-12-12."
