Dhaka Abahani Ltd observed the 64th birthday of its founder Sheikh Kamal with magnitude at the club premises yesterday.
A doa-mahfil was arranged by the Abahani Supporters Forum and it was attended by the club directors, officials and the fans of the club. Kazi Shahed Ahmed, the director-in-charge of the club, directors Harunur Rashid, Anjan Chowdhury Pintu, Momenuddin Ahmed, Kazi Nabil Ahmed, Shahriar Alam MP, Bazlul Haque Beg and Mir Nizamuddin Ahmed were present as the special guests. Earlier in the first hours of the day, club officials placed flower bouquets and prayed for the departed soul at the monument of Sheikh Kamal at the club premises.
