Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) picked up a Bangladeshi boy from Kusumpur border point at Loraighat village, Moheshpur upazila on Wednesday morning, reports UNB.
The victim – a resident of the village – was identified as Faisal, 19.
Jamsher Ali, company commander of Kusumpur BGB camp, said a special patrol team of BSF caught Faisal around 6:30am as he mistakenly walked into Indian territory to bring back his cattle.
Later, the team handed the boy over to Nonagang BSF camp.
Meanwhile, a letter was sent to the BSF camp and a flag meeting is expected be held in this regard soon, the BGB commander said.
