The “Sheltech Autumn Fair 2013” begins today at the corporate office of the real estate and housing company Sheltech at west Panthapath in the city.
“Sheltech is always offering the best services to customers. We always offer flats and plots at fixed price, with the exception of last three fairs,” Sheltech Managing Director Dr Toufiq M Seraj said while addressing a press conference thursday.
Through the autumn fair, Sheltech is now going to its old tradition that is fixed price rate, he added.
Chairman of the company Kutub Uddin Ahmed was also present at the conference.
In the last three fairs including the company’s 25 Years Anniversary Fair, Summer Fair and Eid Bonanza Fair, Sheltech offered 25% discount on purchase of land and apartments at its different projects.
Seraj said they adjusted apartment prices in every three months after reviewing market price.
“Considering the present condition of real estate and housing sector, recently we have fixed price of our ready flats which has appropriate rates on context of the capital,” Toufiq said.
“In the autumn fair, Sheltech offers 400 ready flats to its customers,” he added.
Sheltech, one of the oldest real estate and housing industry in the country, is also offering car and land in raffle draw for its Bithika apartment project at Mirpur and Ashulia Niskantak land project.
