Morubhumi’s first solo album out in the market

Band Morubhumi have finally completed their much awaited first solo-album “Jiboner Srote,” that had hit the market on Friday on the occasion of the “World Music Day.” Before they had achieved this feat, their popular track “Protikkhar Prohor” was out on radio only and is much appreciated by the audiences.

The tracks of their new album are: “Jiboner Srote,” “Oshohay,” “Tomakey,” “Metho Poth,” “Mukhosh,” “Shunnota,” “Manobota,” “Choto Bela,” and “Protikkhar Prohor.”

On the album launching ceremony on Friday, Ayub Bacchu (LRB), Syed Ziaur Rahman Turjo (Miles), Zia Rahman ( Shironamhin), Minhaz Ahmed Shohag ( Prometheus), George Lincoln D’costa (Artcell), Isha Khan Duray, Biplob (Prometheus), Faysal ( Metal Maze), Shohortoli Band and many more music personalities were present to encourage the young rock stars.

The band was formed in 2009. The band members claim themselves as classic rock band. It is a genre which is based on classical depth and is all about formulating, sustaining and unleashing an ultimate influential environment to the listeners. However, in the album, Morubhumi experimented with progressive rock, soft or mellow rock, hard rock, folk rock and alternative rock.
