A fire has broken out at a garment factory in Ashulia’s Jamgoray area.
Sources said workers noticed smoke on the ground floor of the six-storey building of Arba Textile Limited at around 9am on Thursday.
On information, four units of Fire Service and Civil Defence rushed in. The firefighters were trying to put out the blaze till filing the report at about 11:15am.
However, no news of causalities has been filed.
According to source, some workers sustained injuries while trying to come out of the building after hearing the fire alarm.
