Court today accepted the charge framed against the accused in Biswajit murder case and and June 13 for the hearing of the first prosecution witness.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions' Judge Md Zahurul Haque made this order.
Among the 21 accused in the case, seven were produced.
Until now 8 people were arrested in connection to the murder. The last arrestee was Golam Mostafa on May 27 from Manikganj.
However, the court also reject the discharge petition of the accused and also bail petition of the three of the accused today.
