Bashundhara City’s Star Cineplex has brought the Hollywood blockbuster “Iron Man 3” for the action movie lovers here in the city.
Marvel's "Iron Man 3" pits Tony Stark (Iron Man) against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy's hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?
The 130-minute film is full of action and thrill.
“Iron Man 3” was premiered at the Grand Rex in Paris on April 14, 2013. It was internationally released on April 25, 2013 in IMAX and was released on May 3, 2013 in the United States.
The film was both critically and commercially successful. As of May 2013, it has grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide, becoming the 16th film to gross over $1 billion. It currently ranks as the eighth highest-grossing film of all time and the highest-grossing 2013 film.
