Narsingdi police have been unable to find a madrasa student who went missing on April 16.
Family sources said that Lokaman Hossain, 11, was a student of class two in Raisa Azizia Madrasa. He lived at Bagdi area in Narsingdi town with his parents. He did not return home from his madrasa on that day.
Lokman’s father Sultan Mia filed a general diary with Narsingdi sadar model police station.
Ashaduzzaman, officer-in-charge of the police station said their team was working to rescue Lokman. Meanwhile, Sultan claimed police were not working to rescue his son.
Local people said child trafficking has been increasing in the district.
