The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) has approved six development projects worth over Tk1,143 crore.
The approval came in the Ecnec meeting with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair at the NEC conference room in Dhaka on Tuesday.
After the meeting, Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal said out of the total project cost, the government will provide more than Tk819 crore from the national exchequer, development partners will give over Tk240 crore and project related public agencies Tk84 crore.
