The government has appointed renowned businessman, social worker and political figure SM Abul Kalam as the next ambassador of Bangladesh to Kuwait.
In his distinguished career Kalam served as the president of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the Director of Agrani Bank, reports BSS.
He was a member of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) and Chittagong Development Authority (CDA).
