The Anti-Corruption Commission is set to file a case against two top officials of a private firm for allegedly embezzling Tk10 lakh.
The commission at a recent meeting decided to file a case against them, according to an official notification posted on the ACC website on Wednesday.
ACC Deputy Director and Inquiry Officer Manzur Morshed will file the case soon against president of Rapid Finance and Commerce MCS Limited, Zainul Abedin Majumder, and its General Secretary Nazmul Haque Khan.
According to ACC probe initiated in 2015, the accused in collusion with each other swindled investor’s money from the private firm.
