Bibiana, the popular fashion house has introduced their new collection of fashion products and household items. With poetry being the theme, Bibiana has used a famous poem by playwright Anisul Hoque.
One of the owners and designer, Lipi Khandker informs, “we have worked with Tagore lines or Jashim Uddin’s poetry before, this time we chose Anisul Hoque’s ‘Tui ki amar dukhkho hobi’.”
The news came as a pleasant surprise for the writer on his birthday. A close friend of the writer, Farhana Alam made it possible and also helped the fashion house with the collection.
Scribbles of the poem have been featured in black and red fonts on off-white coloured cotton and khadi fabrics. The line comprises of saris, bed sheets, pillow covers, curtains and so on.
