A shoe store in the port city has been badly damaged in a fire.
Fire service officials blamed yesterday's blaze at the Nupur Market on poor electrical wiring.
They said seven firefighting units rushed to put out the fire at the Shahadat Shoe Store. It took nearly two hours to extinguish the flames.
