Court: Re-investigate Boishakh sexual assault case
A Dhaka court has ordered Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to run investigation again into the case filed over sexually assaulting several women during Pohela Boishakh celebrations at Suhrawardy Udyan and Dhaka University campus last year.
Dhaka Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal 3 Judge Jayashree Sumadar made the order on Tuesday in reply to a petition filed by Special Public Prosecutor Mahmuda Akter.
