Renowned Indian cuisine restaurant Khazana is set to host a food festival named “Kebab Aur Parathe Ki Jugalbandi,” starting from February 16 to 25.
The festival will offer a vast range of mouth-watering vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs. The unique gourmet event brings the authentic taste of legendary kebabs and Indian breads from their visiting chef from India and -in-house chefs.
Avishek Sinha, director of operations said: "Kebab and Paratha are integral part of the Awadhi Cuisine. We have put well chosen exotic spices and ingredients in the kebabs which would result in unique tastes.” There will be a range of new kebabs and parathas to choose from as well.
Paratha is another dish to be served prominently during the festival. Served with butter or ghee, in plain lacchedar or stuffed, and also stuffed with seasonable vegetables such as cauliflower, radish, potatoes, paneer, and non-veg, it won't be the usual delicacies. Moreover, the parathas shall be served with curd and pickle for a change of taste.
The kebabs and parathas to be presented are bharwan murgh tangdi, murgh kakori, murgh surkh tikka, tawa gosht, gosht chandini, ashrafi mahi tikka, paneer cheese kurkure, phaldhari ajooba kebah, rajma makkai, tikki, turkey paratha, khamiri roti, kesari nan, and darbari andha paratha.
