Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Annisul Huq has sought cooperation from the ward councillors to make his locality clean by this April.
The mayor was hopeful of turning the initiative into success within the deadline.
Annisul made the call in the closing ceremony of 7-day Cleaning Campaign at No 4 DNCC zonal officer in Mipur 10 in the capital on Saturday.
“It will be very effective if the ward councillors as public representative come forward to make the city clean,” DNCC Mayor Annisul Huq also said.
