While the Dhallywood beauty seems utterly engaged promoting her recent film .Ek Prithibi Prem, which received the green signal from the censor board recently and is set to premier in April, Airin has successfully signed up for another big screen venture. The film titled American Dream, to be helmed by Jasimuddin, will be shot from March 25. Airin will be seen donning the role of a rural girl named Swarnali. Parts of the film’s shooting is scheduled to be shot in USA.
In American Dream, Airin will be pairing up with actor Saimon for the second time. The duo’s first venture together, Mayabini, is yet to be released.
The film depicts the intertwined story of a few people from Bikrampur, a historic region in Bangladesh and Bangladeshi expats living in New York.
Talking about her role, Airin expressed her ambitions to portray the character of a rural girl perfectly. Even though she has previously donned similar roles, she reckons that this one will be distinctive from her previous.
Airin started her career in media after winning the Best Smile Award in the “Pantene You Got The Look” in 2008 and later walked on the ramp both locally and abroad. She began her film career with the film Bhalobasha Zindabad in 2013, directed by Debashish Biswas. In 2015 she appeared in the movie U-Turn which did commendably well in the box office
