Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha has sought full cooperation from government, judges, lawyers, justice seekers and people from all walks of life in redressing existing backlog of cases.
The chief justice made the call in a statement issued on Saturday on completion of his first year of assuming office.
The statement emphasized on extending support towards the judiciary for providing justice seekers with fairness in quickest possible time.
He said judiciary can become role model in the country if cooperation from all can be ensured.
He also called for keeping the mutual cordial relation between all intact for continuation of the proud heritage of the judiciary.
