Update : 20 Jan 2016, 10:58 AM

The visiting Zimbabwe team have finally won the 3rd T20 match against Bangladesh in Khulna. They set an 188-run target for the hosts.

While chasing the target, the Tigers managed to post only 156-run losing six wickets in 20 overs.

The visiting Zimbabwe team posted 187 runs losing six wickets in 20 overs. Earlier, the visitors won the toss and elected to bat.

Hamilton and Sibanda gave Zimbabwe a rapid start, Shakib pulled things back a bit in the middle overs, but Waller and Williams have boosted Zimbabwe to 187.

After whipping up their third-highest score in T20Is, Zimbabwe asphyxiated Bangladesh's chase.

Sabbir extended his good form and struck a fifty, but Chisoro, Cremer, and Raza tied the hosts down. The asking rate shot up, scoreboard pressure told, and Bangladesh's chances were extinguished with the wicket of Shakib.

Compared to Bangladesh's five changes with four debutants, Zimbabwe made only two by bringing in Sikandar Raza and Tendai Chisoro, and left out Wellington Masakadza and Neville Madziva. Mashrafe Mortaza said he would have liked to bat first too.

The hosts' debutants included left-arm pacer Abu Hider, right-arm quicks Mohammad Shahid and Muktar Ali and Mosaddek Hossain.

From the second T20 that they won by 42 runs, Bangladesh were without Mushfiqur Rahim, Shuvagata Hom, Al-Amin Hossain, Tamim Iqbal and Mustafizur Rahman.

Imrul Kayes was the fifth player to come in to play his first match of the series.
