Customs Intelligence officials have detained a person with a drone at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chittagong.
The detainee is Mohammad Solaiman, 32, a resident of Potia area of the district.
Potenga OC Mohammad Alamgir said: “Solaiman arrived at the airport on a flight from Dubai around 9:30am Wednesday.
“Customs Intelligence officials detained him with the drone around 10:30am and handed him over to us. The drone has been made in Dubai.”
He said a case was filed against the detainee under Special Power Act.
The OC added details regarding the drone will be disclosed after interrogation.
