Controversial businessman Moosa Bin Shamsher requested the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) yesterday to defer his cross-examination by two months, claiming that he was suffering from the fear of death, hypertension and diabetes.
ACC Director Mir Jainul Abedin Shibly summoned Moosa for the third time on January 4 for questioning. He was scheduled to appear before investigators yesterday.
Moosa submitted his application through his employee, DATCO Deputy General Manager ATM Mahbub Morshed, with a doctor’s certificate.
