Proposal to fulfil all BCS reserved seats approved

The cabinet has approved the proposal of fulfilling all the empty reserved seats at once in the 35th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Exams.

The cabinet approved the draft in its regular meeting presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday afternoon.

Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam briefed reporters after the meeting at the secretariat.

He said: “A total of 672 reserved seats from the 34th BCS and 1,803 from 35th BCS exams are empty.

“The proposal suggests to fulfil all of them in the 35th BCS exams at once.”
