Trading of the shares of IT Consultants Limited will begin from Sunday on the stock exchanges.
The Dhaka-based company raised Tk12 crore through initial public offering by floating 1.2 crore ordinary shares of Tk 10 each to fund its business expansion and bank loan payment.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) as of June 2014 stood at Tk 1.04 with a net asset value per share of Tk 18.28.
The company received around Tk805 crore against public offer of Tk12 crore, meaning that its IPO was oversubscribed by 67 times.
Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission approved its IPO proposal on September 22 last year.
