He has a vast knowledge about running multi nationality kitchens and was in charge of multiple restaurants in international cuisine disciplines within the upscale hotel market in Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, China and Indonesia.
His knowledge, technique and experience about a variety of cuisines from the Pacific Islands to cuisines from faraway lands of Oceania have delighted food aficionados from all over the world.
