The police have detained five leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami along with Tk1.47 cr from a house in the capital's Banasree area.
Confirming the news, Assistant Police Commissioner Nur Alam of Khilgaon Zone told the Dhaka Tribune: “The detentions were made on Saturday evening.”
