Anowara Group claimed the Twenty20 Corporate Cricket League crown after defeating Shihab Corporate House Ltd by five wickets in the grand finale at the Dhaka Residential Model College field yesterday.
In pursuit of SCHL’s moderate 115, Anowara Group strolled to victory in 16.4 overs with man of the final Shipon scoring the highest 40. Anowara Group’s Taposh was adjudged man of the tournament. Former national cricketer Hannan Sarkar was present among others during the final as the chief guest and distributed the prizes among the winners.
