AFM Fazlul Kadir, director of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB), died at the National Heart Foundation in the capital’s Mirpur on Saturday night. He was 58.
He left behind his mother, wife, a son, seven siblings and a host of admirers to mourn his death.
Fazlul Kadir accomplished his post-graduation in public administration from Dhaka University.
He started his career at the BREB as an assistant director for administration in 1985.
Fazlul Kadir was laid to rest at the family graveyard.
