Two people have been killed in a head-on collision between two trucks At Shilmandi area in Narsingdi.
The deceased are Forid Mia, 30, of Shibpur upazila and Sharif Mia, 30.
Witnesses said the two trcuk drivers died on the spot in the road accindent that took place on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 6am Friday.
The vehicular movement in the area was disrupted for an hour after the accident.
Narsingdi sadar model police station OC Abu Taher confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune.
