Gonojagoron Moncho will go for tougher agitation programmes if sincere efforts are not made to trace the attackers of slain publisher Faisal Arefin Dipan and three other writers.
Imran H Sarker, spokesperson of the pro-liberation youths' platform, came up with the declaration on Friday.

While addressing a solidarity rally at Shahbagh intersection, Imran said: “We want immediate action against the killers of Dipan and attackers of three bloggers, including another of Avijit's publishers, Ahmedur Rashid Tutul.
“The state will face dire consequences unless the government eliminated militancy and upheld its own pledge of showing zero-tolerance against militants.”

Among others, slain writer-blogger Avijit Roy's father Ajit Roy, was present in the protest rally.
As part of its ongoing protest programmes, the platform will bring out a torch procession from Shahbagh intersection on November 9.
It will also organise a month-long discussion programme titled “Muktijuddher Chetona: Kon Pothe Bangladesh.” The discussion will take place in all public universities of the country in December.
