Indian Border Security Force (BSF) have arrested 28 Bangladeshi nationals from Rashakua bus stand area under Goalpur police station of Uttar Dinajpur district of India.
The arrestees were haild from different upazilas of Thakurgaon district in Bangladesh, UNB reports.
Commander of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Betna Camp Nayek Subedar Rabiul Islam said BSF troops of Kaderganj 21 Battalion and police of Goalpur police station arrested the 28 Bangladeshi nationals who had crossed the border and were on their way to work in a brick field in Punjab on Wednesday morning.
Commander of Thakurgaon BGB-30 Tushar Bin Yunus said BGB is trying to contact BSF in this connection.
