Three day labourers have died inhaling toxic gas after they got down into a septic tank in an under-construction building at Karnafuli EPZ (KEPZ) area in Chittagong.
The deceased are Rezaul Alam, 32, Arif, 32, and Shah Alam, 30.
OC Abul Kalam of EPZ police station said the three workers died inside the septic tank in the under-construction building of SOS Outfit Limited inhaling toxic gas around 12pm on Tuesday.
On information, police rushed to the scene to recover the bodies, the OC said.
