A person has been killed after a truck hit an autorickshaw in Bhulta area under Rupganj upazila in Narayanganj.
The deceased is Abdul Kadir Bhuiyan, 55, of Hatab area of the same upazila.
Two other passengers were also injured in the accident. They were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Quoting witnesses, Bhulta police outpost In-charge SI Rabiul Islam said a Gazipur-bound truck knocked down an autorickshaw around 7am Monday, leaving one dead on the spot.
