Newly appointed chairman of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) Engineer Shahjahan Mahmud will join office on Sunday.
Shahjahan Mahmud will replace Sunil Kanti Bose whose tenure expired yesterday.
On September 23, the Public Administration Ministry issued a circular appointing Shahjahan as the new BTRC chief.
