The protesting medical admission seekers have started observing fast-unto-death at the Central Shaheed Minar premises in Dhaka.
The programme started around 10am Wednesday.
Tanvira Biswas, a coordinator of the movement, said they would continue the fast unless their demands are met.
On Tuesday, the protesters brought out a procession on Dhaka University campus and staged a sit-in at the Central Shaheed Minar, which was interrupted by rain.
The number of protesters has seen a recent decrease.
The MBBS and BDS admission seekers have been demonstrating since the admission test was held on September 19, alleging that the questions for the exam had been leaked.
