Five people have been killed and six others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a tempo in Tan Sutrapur area under Kaliakoir upazila in Gazipur.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Kaliakoir OC Omar Faruk said the accident took place around 10am Tuesday.
All six of them died on the spot, he added.
