Cooper, 41 and Shayk, 30, have been together since spring 2015, which was right after they both came out of their previous relationships. Shayk dated football star Cristiano Ronaldo, and Cooper dated Suki Waterhouse.
On Wednesday, Shayk walked in the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris, just prior to the baby news. She wore a gray lingerie and thigh high black boots. Taking another turn down the runway, Shayk wore a red halter top bra and strappy stilettos, but kept her belly hidden with a matching fringed robe.
