Bangladesh Primary Assistant Teacher Federation has announced to observe four-hour work abstentions from October 4-8 and full-day work abstentions from October 10-14 in all primary schools across the country to press home their demands.
Their six-point demand include removing discriminations in the eighth national pay scale.
They will also observe a token hunger strike on October 15 in front of the National Press Club from 9am to 3pm, reports UNB.
