Two youths in Chittagong have been sentenced to death for killing a woman and her daughter last year.
The convicts are Abu Raihan, 23, and his friend Shahid.
Chittagong Speedy Trial Tribunal Judge Muhitul Haque Enam Chowdhury passed the order on Thursday afternoon.
Tribunal's Public Prosecutor Advocate Mohammad Aziz Khan said the court also fined Tk5,000 to each of the convicts.

In its observation, the court said being refused of love proposal, Raihan hacked the then SSC candidate Saima Naznin Nishat and her mother Rezia Begum to death, in collaboration with Shahid on March 24 last year.
Nishat's father Rezaul Karim filed case with Double Mooring police station on same day of the incident.
Police submitted charge sheet in the case on May 25 of the same year.
