Bangladesh Railway will start selling advance return tickets for the convenience of Dhaka-bound passengers on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Azha from Thursday.
The tickets will be sold from Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, Dinajpur and Lalmanirhat stations from 9am, said a Railway official.
Each passenger will be allowed to buy maximum four tickets and tickets sold earlier will not be returned, he added.
Two special train services, Bhairab-Kishoreganj-Bhairab and Mymensingh-Kishoreganj-Mymensingh will be introduced on eid day for the devotees to attend the country's largest eid congregation at Sholakia in Kishoreganj.
