The case filed over the brutal murder of 13-year-old boy Samiul Alam Rajon, has been transferred to the Metropolitan Session Judge court.
Sylhet Metropolitan Magistrate 1 Shahedul Karim Monday passed the order for further proceedings.
Earlier on August 31, the same court ordered the government to publish advertisement on three absconding accused in the murder case.

One of the killers recorded the incident on mobile phone and later uploaded on Facebook.

The video soon spread on social media platforms, triggering massive outrage among the public.
The 28-minute video shows the victim tied to a pole in front of a workshop in the still-closed Sultan Ali Market, beside the Dhaka-Sunamganj road.
Later, a case was filed in this connection against 13 people, including Kamrul, who is a Saudi immigrant.
Kamrul was detained by Bangladeshis in Saudi Arabia and handed over to the police. A district court has already accepted charges against the accused and issued arrest warrants against the fugitive killers.

Meanwhile, interpol issued Red Notice against Kamrul and two of his brothers – Shamim and Pavel – who are also on the run.
Ten others are now in police custody while eight of them have given confessional statements in the case.
