A woman has been killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw near Nightingale intersection at Kakrail in Dhaka.
Auto-rickshaw passenger Ajibunnesa, 45, died after she was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
DMCH police outpost In-charge Mozammel Haque said the airport-bound auto-rickshaw collided head-on with a Gulisthan-bound bus around 6am Sunday, leaving four injured.
Of the injured, three were taken to DMCH where doctors pronounced Ajibunnesa dead.
"The woman was on way to airport for going abroad," he added.
