At least 28 people have been killed and over 30 others injured in separate incidents of road accident in six districts.
Our Gazipur Correspondent reports: Eight people including four of the same family have been killed when a train rammed into a CNG autorickshaw at a rail-crossing in Hyderabad (Dakkhinkhan) area around 2:45pm Thursday.
The deceased are Shah Alam, 27, his wife Peyara Begum, 21, their son Yasin, 4, daughter Sadiya, 6, Peyara's sister Sofura, 12, Shah Alam's cousin Alamin, 27, his neighbour Liton Miya, 22, and the autorickshaw driver Mostofa, 20.

In Tangail, at least eight people have been killed when a bus fell into a roadside ditch in the district's Basail upazila.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Traffic Sargent Mohammad Asad of Dhaka-Tangail Highway said: “A Dhaka-bound bus of Binimoy Paribahan fell into a roadside ditch on Dhaka-Tangail Highway around 3pm Thursday after the driver lost his control over the steering.
“Six people, including a woman, died on the spot and 20 others received injuries. All the injured have been admitted to Tangail Medical College Hospital.”
Later, two people died in the hospital while undergoing treatment, said Basail police station OC Nazrul Islam.
“The death toll may rise further as many of the injured are in critical condition.”
In Munshiganj, five people have been killed and 15 others wounded when a Mauwa-bound bus collided head-on with a CNG-run three-wheeler in the district's Sirajdikhan upazila.
The deceased are identified as Mohammad Ershad, 35, Leguna driver of Sreenagar upazila, Russell Miah, 30, his wife Sima Begum and his niece Alo,10, Leguna passengers of Sreenagar upazila and Madhuri Akhtar,18 of Sirajdikhan upazila.
Munshiganj Assistant Superintendent of Police, Mohammad Shamsuzzaman, told BSS that a Mouwa-bound bus of Ilish Paribahan hit a Dhaka-bound Laguna at Nimtali.
Four people were killed on the spot while another one died on the way to hospital, he added.
The injured have been admitted to different hospitals.
Shahmsuzzaman said the bus driver fled the scene.
Our Sylhet Correspondent reports: At least three people have been killed in the district's Osmaninagar upazila.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Sylhet Police Super Noor-e-Alam Mina said: “A bus fell into a roadside ditch on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway around 12 noon after the driver lost his control over the steering.
“Three people died in the incident.”
In Brahmanbaria, two people were killed when a bus rammed into an auto-rickshaw in Sarail upazila, said our Correspondent.
The deceased are Darbesh Ali, 38, of Brahmanbaria; and Inzamamul Haq, 22, a third-year philosophy student of Brahmanbaria Government College and son of Enamul Haq from Madhabpur upazila in Habiganj.
Sargent Janangir Alam of Sarail Khatihata Highway police outpost said: “A bus of Shyamoli Paribahan rammed into an auto-rickshaw on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway around 10am, leaving two people dead on the spot.
Three more people sustained injuries in the incident.
Besides, two more people have been killed when a train hit an auto-rickshaw in Comilla's Dakkhin Sadar upazila.
The deceased are Abul Kayer, 32, Masud Rana, 28, reported our correspondent.
OC Habibur Rahman of Laksham Railway police station said: “Dhaka-bound Karnaphuli Express hit the auto-rickshaw near Jailkhana Bari area around 3pm Thursday while the auto-rickshaw was passing the rail crossing.
“One person died on the spot while another one succumbed to his injuries at hospital.”
