Three people have been killed while three others went missing as CNG-run auto-rickshaw plunged into a canal after colliding with a microbus at Narayanpur under Akhaura upazila in Brahmanbaria.
The identities of the deceased could not be ascertained yet.
Akhaura OC Mofiz Uddin said: “The auto-rickshaw collided head-on with the microbus on Dhaka-Agartala highway and plunged into a canal Thursday noon. Three of them died on the spot.”
He said three passengers of the auto-rickshaw went missing in the incident.
